We have 2 methods for Submitting your Artist Application:
Print, Fill Out, & mail our Application PDF along with your check & optional CD by January 15th, 2017

*All fees are all non-refundable after acceptance. If paying by check, PLEASE include separate checks for booth fee & jury fee. Booth Fees needs to be paid via 1 of 3 methods:.

Entry form postmarked by January 15, 2017
Notification of Acceptance Will be mailed by March 1, 2017.
If your work is accepted, your check will be cashed on March 1, 2017. If your work is not accepted, your uncashed booth fee will be returned promptly.
Artists must provide their own tents, racks, tables, chairs, and other display equipment. Stakes are allowed on the grass. Electricity is not available.
Overnight security for tents only has been arranged. Artists are fully responsible for the care, safety, and security of their work and property. Neither Elmhurst Art Museum, Elmhurst Park District, the City of Elmhurst, or RGL Marketing for the Arts, Inc. assumes any liability for loss or damage to artwork or other property from any cause.
